  • Im trying to order but it says "our products are not currently available in your region"
    If you are located outside of the General Toronto Area (GTA) and encounter this during checkout please use the contact form from our website to provide the exact postal code for your desired delivery address. Once received one of our account managers will contact you with a custom link to proceed with your order.
  • My order is arriving too soon and I am not ready to receive it what can I do?
    Please contact us as soon as possible regarding your order. Call or text our Delivery Line that contacted you in regards to your delivery, or Email CASALUSSOGALLERY@GMAIL.COM with *Title: Delivery Reschedule We are able to reschedule the delivery time with at least a 12 hours advance notice of Original delivery date.
  • Its been longer then the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order, what should I do?
    In any case you will always be updated VIA email or either through a call or text if your delivery is expected to arrive late. But if you do have any concerns you can reach us at directly at the Delivery Line which initially contacted you or email us at CASALUSSOGALLERY@GMAIL.COM
  • How can I change my delivery address?
    Please contact us as soon as possible regarding your order.
